The Association obtains insurance and each owner assessed a percentage.
Owners shall obtain his own insurance for personal property. Real estate taxes are
separately taxed to each dwelling unit and the percentage interest connected
therewith.

Protective Covenants include:

  • All dwelling units shall be used exclusively for residential purpose and be
    owner occupied.
  • Board of Directors must approve anything hung/attached/displayed on
    exteriors.
  • Only small customary household pets (maximum of 25#) will be allowed
  • Structural changes not permitted
  • Common areas shall be kept free of debris/laundry/rubbish.
  • Industry, trade, commercial, or religious activity shall not be permitted.
  • No signs of any kind in windows.
  • The Association will be responsible for maintenance of common areas
  • Any vehicle must be able to be enclosed within the garage and garage doors
    kept closed except upon entering and exiting.
  • Written consent of Board of Directors for owners to plant trees, landscape or
    garden in Common Areas.
  • Trash to be stored in appropiate containers and accessible for regular trash
    collection.
