Current assessment of $80 monthly
The Association obtains insurance and each owner assessed a percentage.
Owners shall obtain his own insurance for personal property. Real estate taxes are
separately taxed to each dwelling unit and the percentage interest connected
therewith.
Protective Covenants include:
- All dwelling units shall be used exclusively for residential purpose and be
owner occupied.
- Board of Directors must approve anything hung/attached/displayed on
exteriors.
- Only small customary household pets (maximum of 25#) will be allowed
- Structural changes not permitted
- Common areas shall be kept free of debris/laundry/rubbish.
- Industry, trade, commercial, or religious activity shall not be permitted.
- No signs of any kind in windows.
- The Association will be responsible for maintenance of common areas
- Any vehicle must be able to be enclosed within the garage and garage doors
kept closed except upon entering and exiting.
- Written consent of Board of Directors for owners to plant trees, landscape or
garden in Common Areas.
- Trash to be stored in appropiate containers and accessible for regular trash
collection.
