Now that you have the information from the first three steps, you are ready to choose your floor plan and specify interior and exterior finishes. - Order Blue Prints
The prints are a working set of drawings needed for a detailed quote. They are also used for the actual construction of your home. - Request Quote
A quote is a detailed price based on your blue print and specifications. This will be the basis for your financing and construction contract. - Secure Financing
Meet with your lending institution to complete financing arrangements. Your pre-approval will greatly assist you in this process. - Sign Contract
